1 Automate the capture of the accounting journal entries from each sale. Make certain the audit trail will satisfy the regulatory audit. Create and record the transfer from Custodial to General for cash, A/R and revenue accounts.

2 Make the detail A/R transfers of buyer charges, buyer and seller Paid on Account, and seller no-sale charges to Custodial and General accounts as needed. Automate the transfer of expired Custodial A/R to General A/R.

3 Transfer Trucker, Vet, Meat and Pork Board charges to General accounts payable for normally scheduled payment.

4 Provide flat file interface between on-site accounting system to Corporate office accounting system at the monthly trial balance level.

5 Record Salebarn system written checks in accounting system bank reconciliation subsystem for automated processing of bank cleared items.
